I’m Olivia, a journalist, communications consultant and coach who helps people and organisations speak with clarity, confidence, and heart.

From Newsrooms to Training Rooms
For more than 20 years, I worked in fast-paced national and international newsrooms - including Al Jazeera English, Sky News, Reuters and the Irish Independent. I learned what makes a story cut through, how to handle pressure, & how powerful clear communication can be.
 

What I Learned on Both Sides
After years of journalism, I moved into PR and communications with organisations like GOAL and Agenda. Working on both sides of the fence taught me the full picture - what media organisations really want, & how leaders can deliver it with authenticity and impact.

 

Why I Swapped Deadlines for Purpose

When my second child was born - after a long journey of loss - I decided to leave my full-time newsroom role.
I wanted flexibility, creativity, and work that made a genuine difference. Now, running my own business gives me all of that - plus the chance to collaborate with brilliant people doing meaningful work.

I’m a qualified Personal, Business and Executive Coach (Irish Life Coach Institute), & also certified in Stress Management, Parent Coaching and Team Coaching. That blend of coaching and communications gives my clients something unique - practical skills and the confidence to use them when it matters most.
